Ventaja International Honored at the Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman's Report 2024

Ventaja International Corporation (VIC) is honored to receive the 2024 Highest Collecting Partner Award (Overseas and Non-Bank Category) at the Pag-IBIG Fund Excellence Awards, held on February 27, 2025, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City. This prestigious recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to making financial transactions seamless and accessible for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) worldwide.

For years, Ventaja has played a crucial role in ensuring that Filipinos abroad can conveniently meet their financial obligations, including Pag-IBIG contributions, loan payments, and other essential remittances. Providing secure, efficient, and hassle-free payment solutions, we empower OFWs to stay connected with their financial responsibilities back home, contributing to the well-being of their families and strengthening their ties to the Philippines.

By simplifying these transactions, we empower Filipinos overseas to invest in their future homes, secure financial stability, and maximize the benefits of their hard-earned savings.

A Milestone Year for Pag-IBIG Fund

This recognition comes at a historic time for Pag-IBIG Fund, as the institution announced its highest-ever dividend payout during the Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman’s Report 2024. With a record-breaking P55.65 billion in total dividends, members saw the Regular Savings dividend rate increase to 6.6%, while the Modified Pag-IBIG 2 (MP2) Savings rate climbed to 7.1%—the highest in its 44-year history.

In his message, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. commended Pag-IBIG Fund for its role in helping Filipinos achieve homeownership and financial security. He emphasized that the institution has remained a pillar of trust, integrity, and shared opportunity, ensuring that every hardworking Filipino has the means to build a stable future.

Beyond dividends, Pag-IBIG Fund also recorded another banner year, with net income reaching P67.52 billion, marking a 36% growth from the previous year. The agency also surpassed P1 trillion in total assets, closing 2024 at an all-time high of P1.069 trillion—a testament to its stability and continued service to millions of Filipino members.

This award reaffirms Ventaja’s dedication to making financial transactions easier and more accessible for Filipinos abroad.
