Scratch off the card to reveal the 10 digit PIN number. Using a local mobile phone go to menu and create new message, type the 10 digit PIN number found at the back of the card then put a space and type the Philippine mobile number where you want to send the load then send to the following local access number depending on which country you are:

The loading process is done through text command you will be charge appropriately for the text message sent to an access number. Both sender and recipient will receive a text confirmation of the successful loading.
The other option of loading is through internet simply log on to https://www.remitload.com, then go to Pinoy Pasaload, click “To Load” and follow the instructions on the web page. Same website can be use to make an inquiry of the status of the card in case no text confirmation is receive.
