To activate/deactivate international roaming via Web Connect:

• Go to www.smart.com.ph/connect
• Register and log-in to Web Connect.
• Under the Service Activation/Deactivation block, select "International Roaming". 

For Prepaid Subscribers:

• To activate via SMS, text ROAM ON <country name> and send to 333.
• To deactivate via SMS, text ROAM OFF and send to 333.
• To activate/deactivate international roaming via SIM Connect:
  • Text Get Menu to 9888 for FREE.
  • Upon downloading, go to SMART Menu and choose SIM Connect menu.
  • Select International Roaming Activation or Deactivation.
• To activate/deactivate international roaming via Web Connect:
  • Go to www.smart.com.ph/connect
  • Register and log-in to Web Connect.
  • Under the Service Activation/Deactivation block, select "International Roaming". 

*To enjoy seamless roaming service, please maintain a minimum load of P100 while abroad.

  • Voicemail Retrieval : Dial +639189000100 + send
  • Emergency Numbers of foreign operator: Dial 112 + Send 

Incoming Calls:

• Callers can reach the subscriber by dialing the Mobile No. as if the subscriber is in the Philippines:
  • Dial 0918 + 7-digit SMART GSM Mobile No. + Send or
  • Dial +63 + 918 + 7-digit SMART GSM Mobile No. + Send
